Within the scope of services provided by this alliance, we have a team that focuses on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, integration, and implementation relative to employer sponsored health and welfare programs.  Over the past four years, Cundy has completed approximately 1,500 of these projects.  In addition, we have worked to develop more efficient benefits solutions with numerous Fortune 100 companies and continue to be capable of benefits consulting outside of the United States.

The process typically begins with a Letter of Authorization that allows us to obtain information about your existing program directly from the carriers and providers with no disruption to your Human Resources and Employee Benefits staff.  Once we receive the information, we will perform an in-depth analysis of your current benefit plan and meet with your staff to discuss our findings, including areas of inefficiency and regions for potential cost cutting.
