Addressing hunger is a critical component of our mission at CWA Cares. We understand that food insecurity affects millions of individuals and families, undermining health and well-being. To combat this, we collaborate with local organizations to ensure resources are available, especially during the holiday season.
Every year, CWA and its community partners fund, assemble, and distribute thousands of Thanksgiving meals to the local community in what is known as the “Turkey Drop.” Since its inception in 2004, the Turkey Drop has donated over 16,375 turkey meal kits to feed families in need.
CWA is dedicated to supporting Veterans through a variety of initiatives that address their unique needs, with a strong focus on advancing services for Veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder and other invisible wounds of war.
We have had a number of team members, friends, and family affected by cancer, which is why at CWA we invest in organizations that focus on cancer research and innovative healthcare solutions to improve patient outcomes and quality of life both financially and emotionally.
